Curfew Status Update 🔒
We've upgraded how we handle curfew checks! Now, curfew status relies on server date instead of MySQL date. Those are usually the same but this allows us to later pivot to user timezone later down the lane.
Having this enabled on your device helps you avoid theft or unauthorized usage
API for Custom Notifications 🔔
You can now retrieve, set, and delete notification settings for speed limits, curfew, and geofences, allowing more control over how you monitor your fleet.
Improved Alarm Events ⚡
We’ve shifted from a fixed cron to an event-based system for alarm vibration, meaning instantaneous notifications when an issue arises. No more delays!
Low Battery Detection 🔋
Added a new feature to identify why your GPS device might be offline (e.g., low battery, power off, or device offline). This will help you take action quicker — renew GPS data, check vehicle battery, or consider upgrading to premium for more features. (please give us your money)
Offline Monitoring by Default 📈
From now on, new GPS devices added to the platform will have offline monitoring enabled by default. This helps ensure uninterrupted monitoring and notify users when tracking pings are not right.
Rate Limiting ⚡
No more notification overload! We’ve introduced a custom rate-limiting function using exponential backoff to ensure that you don’t miss critical alerts while keeping the system efficient. Time between attempts: 36min, 121min, 6h, 22h, 74h, 10days, 34days

We’ve launched a new blog section (yes this is the first publication) to improve SEO and provide value to our customers — this will also help us be discovered by tools like ChatGPT!
