At Traxelio, we ship our GPS trackers across Senegal, Canada, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom. Here are our delivery zones, associated fees, and everything you need to know about the shipping process.

Exact rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped, including your tracking number.
3. Order tracking
Each shipment includes a tracking number sent by email. You can track the status of your package live directly on the carrier's website.
4. Carriers
In Senegal, we handle delivery directly through our team for Dakar and partner with trusted local couriers for the rest of the country. In Canada, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom, we use reliable postal and parcel carriers depending on the destination and availability. The choice of carrier is at the discretion of Traxelio to keep delivery reliable and fairly priced.
5. Damaged or lost package
If your package arrives damaged or does not reach you within the indicated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
We recommend taking photos of the package and damaged product to facilitate the processing of your claim.
6. Delivery address
Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. Traxelio cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional fees incurred by package redirection will be charged to the customer.
7. Restrictions
We currently ship to Senegal, Canada, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom. Orders to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, overseas territories, and remote regions may be subject to additional delays depending on the carrier.
8. Taxes and customs duties
Orders within Senegal are tax-inclusive. Orders within Canada, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom include applicable taxes when required at checkout. Cross-border deliveries may be subject to duties or carrier fees charged by the destination country.
