Satellite line-of-sight needs sky view. If the asset is parked under dense canopy, no satellite link · the device falls back to cellular when available. For trailers parked indoors, position the device near a window.
Solar charging is reduced in winter and high latitudes. The internal battery covers 7-14 days without sun. If the trailer is parked indoors for weeks, plan a manual recharge or relocate to a sunlit position.
