Configurator is a desktop app (Windows) used to set the server endpoint, accelerometer thresholds, geofence rules, and I/O assignments on FMB/FMC/FMM devices over USB. Codec 8 + GPRS settings are read and written from the same screen. There is no end-user mobile app · Teltonika devices report to a platform, the platform (Traxelio, Wialon, Navixy, etc.) provides the user app.

OBD-II port retention varies by car make. For commercial vehicles on rough roads (common in West Africa), Teltonika sells the FMM001 with optional zip-tie retention. Wire it as a secondary mount.
Cat-M1 needs explicit M2M activation on most carriers · standard consumer SIMs may not be Cat-M1 enabled. Use an M2M SIM from Hologram, 1NCE, or your local IoT operator with Cat-M1 enabled.
