The G200L is GSM/GPRS only, so a 4G-only or switched-off 2G network gives no service. Check 2G coverage, SIM data and the APN, then restart the unit.
The 45-day figure is for non-movement sleep mode. A unit that is moving often, or set to its continuous tracking mode instead of power-saving, will use charge faster. Recharge before a long deployment.
