Cat-M1 needs an M2M SIM with Cat-M1 explicitly enabled by the carrier · a plain consumer data SIM often is not. Confirm the plan supports LTE-M, then write the correct APN before expecting a 4G attach.
The relay output drives a low-current coil, never the starter or fuel pump directly. Wire it through a dedicated 5-pin automotive relay so the cut is clean and reversible.
