Review
A public device list shows the Meiligao GT30X on the Meiligao protocol, and Traxelio receives that protocol on port 5009. Point the tracker at gps.traxelio.com on that port using your unit's setup sheet, add it in Traxelio, and confirm the first position arrives.
Treat them as separate models. A public device list shows the GT30, GT30X and GT30i as separate entries on the same protocol, and the protocol document's change log removed the GT30 and GT30X in 2010 and added the GT30i. Check your label and test features rather than assuming settings carry over.
We have not found a source for GT30X SMS commands, so none are listed here. Command sets can differ between tracker makers, and the Meiligao protocol document describes server packets rather than SMS settings. Use the setup sheet that came with your unit, or ask Traxelio support.
Positions are the baseline. The protocol document lists alarms such as SOS button, low battery, speeding, movement or geo-fence exit, and power on for the models it covers, and the GT30X is not one of them. Test each alarm you rely on with one tracker before depending on it.
Overview
The GT30X is a Meiligao tracker that a public device list shows on the Meiligao protocol, so it can report to Traxelio on port 5009 at gps.traxelio.com. Public documentation is thin. The Meiligao protocol document is written for the GT30i, GT60, VT300, VT310 and VT400, and its change log says the GT30 and GT30X were deleted from it in July 2010 while the GT30i was added. The GT30i is the nearest model the document covers, so test features such as alarm types on your unit rather than assume them. This page lists no SMS setup commands, because we found no source that covers the GT30X. Use the setup sheet that came with your unit, and contact Traxelio support if the first position does not arrive.
About Meiligao
Meiligao is a tracker brand whose protocol many other makers use. Traxelio receives that protocol on port 5009, so a Meiligao-family unit can report to gps.traxelio.com once its server settings are changed.

Setup
Setup guidance
Enter the tracker IMEI so Traxelio can review this exact hardware before setup.
Check in order: the SIM has data and credit, the APN matches your carrier, the server is gps.traxelio.com with port 5009, the tracker has a GPS fix outdoors, and the device ID you added in Traxelio matches the one printed on the unit. If settings were sent by SMS, compare what the unit stored with your setup sheet.
Ports follow the protocol, not the brand name. Port 5009 is for the Meiligao protocol, and a Meitrack guide would use a different protocol and port. Use the settings for the GT30X as listed in your own setup sheet, and check the port against this page.
Alarm support is documented for the GT30i, GT60 and VT models, not for the GT30X. Trigger each alarm you need on one tracker, such as the SOS button if your unit has one, and see whether it appears in Traxelio before relying on it.
