Configure only Gator to TCP 5052. Gator on 5052 is not Flexible Report on 5227 or GPS056 on 5141.

Which Gator types plot?

Does Gator send an ACK?
Yes. Traxelio replies 0x2424, type 0x21, then 0x0D after a known unit.
How is a Gator unit bound?
A 15-digit IMEI with a Luhn check on the M588 path, or a 4-byte packed unit id tried with and without a leading 1.
Can a Gator unit run SMS setup or a controlled-action flow?
