What does a YWT sync reply look like?

Why does a YWT line bind without a map fix?
A satellite count of 0 is treated as void and will not plot.
Which YWT types get an ACK?
KP and EP. The reply is %AT+ plus the type, an equals sign, the report id, and CRLF.
Can a YWT unit run SMS setup or a controlled-action flow?
