You follow the van live on the map. On compatible models, an immobilizer request is recorded and sent to the tracker when it is online, or queued otherwise and possibly delivered later, when the vehicle may be in a different state. Traxelio does not check speed or ignition, so do not use it on a moving van.
Yes. The trip history shows each stop with its address and time, so you can answer a customer who says nobody came.
