After the server SMS command, do a power-cycle test. Some H02 firmware revisions need a power cycle before the new server endpoint takes effect. If still reporting to SecumorePlus, re-send the command and re-test.
Send APN,internet.orange.sn# (substitute your carrier APN). Most SecumorePlus units in Dakar are pre-configured for Orange SN, but if a Free SN or Expresso SIM is used, the APN needs to change.
