EasyTrackProtocolDecoder matches star frames *??,imei,<cmd>,…: main location commands with A/V validity and hex date/time, JZ, cell-only, and OB, OBD (BD$ battery/RPM/speed). Status bitmasks decode alarms, ignition, blocked, etc. An encoder class exists in Traccar.
