No ACK, assumed dead

This dialect has no reply byte. Check the map, not the socket for an ACK.

FAQ

Gotop leftover questions

Does Gotop send Concox 0x7878 frames?

No. Gotop is IMEI CSV with optional DATE: TIME: LAT: Speed: labels. Concox families use 0x7878 binary login.

What does Gotop CMD-KEY mean?

CMD-KEY is SOS. Other type tokens do not raise that alarm.

How does Gotop ALM-B work?

The digit after ALM-B decides the geofence side: odd is enter, even is exit.

Which letter plots a Gotop fix?

A plots. V is void and will not plot.

Does Gotop send an ACK?

No. There is no reply byte. A parsed A-status line is the whole handshake.
