No. GPSMTA sends a space-separated ASCII datagram: uid, unix time, signed lat/lon, then speed through a 0/1 charge digit.
What time field does GPSMTA use?
Unix time in seconds, the second space token. Traxelio echoes that same number as the reply.
What does a GPSMTA reply look like?
Traxelio answers with the unix time string from the datagram. That string is not a map point by itself.
Where is the GPSMTA unit id?
The first space-separated token, immediately before the unix time.
Can a GPSMTA unit run SMS setup or a controlled-action flow?
