Confirm a $ binary record with a 5-byte hex id, or a parenthesis line with W01, U01, or P45. Reject JT/T 808 binary as the 5015 neighbor.

A plots. V will not plot. U-family rows use T to plot and F to bind without a point.
Does a JT600 dollar-binary record plot?
Yes, when the flags byte marks valid and the BCD latitude / longitude pair parses. Course is a byte times 2.
What does a JT600 P45 row add?
An event source and a driver RFID when the ten digits are not 0000000000. Traxelio answers (P69,0,n).
