Topflytech speaks ASCII framed by a closing parenthesis. Traccar’s CharacterDelimiterFrameDecoder splits on ), then TopflytechProtocolDecoder reads IMEI, yymmdd date, hhmmss time, validity, lat/lon with N/S E/W letters, and speed on TCP 5047.

The truncated-sentence failure class

Logs that show IMEI and time but never a final ) never reach the decoder. That is a Topflytech-specific truncation/proxy problem, not a generic “SIM has no data” story.

Not NMEA, not Tramigo

Field order feels NMEA-inspired, yet the sentence carries tracker IMEI and vendor framing. Tramigo on 5073 is binary with gprs,ack — unrelated.

Stance

positions_only keyed to Traccar’s Topflytech decoder. Manufacturer site is supporting evidence; port truth remains PortConfigSuffix 5047.
