Capture a Tytan fingerprint
Confirm a UDP datagram with a length word, an index byte, a 32-bit unit id, and 24-bit lat/lon. This is not Tzone 0x2424 and not TRV APxx#.

Configure only Tytan to UDP 5084. Tytan on 5084 is not Tzone on 5029 or TRV on 5010.
