How do I provision GV75 without a four-digit SMS PIN?

Unit was bought as GV75W / 3G

Check the label. GV75W is UMTS and a different SKU. This page is 2G GV75. Ingest is still gl200 TCP 5004 once the APN and server are set.

TCP never comes up after SMS

Send AT+GTBSI with the SIM APN first, then AT+GTSRI with report mode 3 (TCP long-connection), host gps.traxelio.com, port 5004. Mode 4 is UDP. Commands must end with $.

Buyer used Teltonika Configurator

GV75 does not speak Codec 8. Use Queclink Manage Tool or the AT+GTBSI / AT+GTSRI pair. Port 5027 will handshake nothing useful for this dialect.
