Quick answers

Can I switch from OneStepGPS without replacing Queclink devices?

Yes. Use the Queclink configuration tool to update server IP and port. The same GV-series or GMT-series device that reports to OneStepGPS will report to Traxelio. @track protocol is documented and Traxelio parses it identically.

Are the GV-series devices Geotab-certified?

Several are. GV75W and GV600W ship with Geotab-certified firmware variants. Traxelio reads the same @track packets regardless of which firmware build is loaded.

Is the GV500 truly plug-and-play OBD?

Yes. The GV500MA / GV500MG fits the standard OBD-II port, draws power from the vehicle, and reports without any wiring. Works on most light vehicles 2008+ in the US, 2001+ in Europe (EOBD).

Does Queclink sell direct?

No. Queclink sells through authorized distributors and OEM channels (the GV-series hardware behind OneStepGPS, Azuga, and many fleet platforms is built by Queclink). Traxelio sources through the authorized chain.

Download or log in to Queclink Configurator

Per-family Windows configuration tools (one for GV-series, one for GMT-series). Set server endpoint, geofence rules, accelerometer thresholds, I/O wiring. No end-user mobile app · Queclink ships hardware, the platform (OneStepGPS, Geotab, Azuga, Traxelio, etc.) ships the app.
