How it works under the hood
For the technically curious, here is how Trax is built.
Dual-model architecture. Simple questions (greetings, product info, general advice) are handled by a fast, lightweight model. When the conversation requires an action, like placing an order or checking a device, a more capable model takes over to execute the task accurately. This keeps responses fast and costs low while ensuring complex operations are handled correctly.
24 integrated tools. Trax is connected directly to Traxelio's backend systems. It does not search the web or guess. When you ask "is my vehicle online?", it queries your actual device record. When you say "place an order," it creates a real order in the system. The tools cover pricing, products, orders, subscriptions, devices, appointments, lead management, knowledge search, and human handoff.
Conversation memory. Trax remembers your conversation for 24 hours. Long conversations are automatically summarized to stay within context limits while preserving every important detail: your name, phone, fleet size, questions asked, and recommendations given.
Identity verification. To access personal data (orders, devices, subscriptions), Trax verifies your identity via a 6-digit code sent to your email. On WhatsApp and SMS, your phone number is recognized automatically.
Output safety. Every response is sanitized before reaching you. Hallucinated links are blocked, internal email addresses are redacted, and banned phrases are automatically corrected. If Trax detects a suspicious prompt or impersonation attempt, it silently alerts the security team.
Rate limiting. Each contact is limited to 20 messages per hour to prevent abuse. More than enough for any normal conversation.
