GPS jitter at idle is normal · configure 'movement source' to motion + GPS in the WanWay config tool. Traxelio applies a 10m movement threshold by default to filter idle drift.
Verify the device's SMS password is correct (default 123456, change it). Also confirm the SIM has SMS allowed (some IoT SIMs disable SMS by default). Test from a known mobile number.
