Is Bouncie a hardware company or a subscription service?

Both, bundled. You buy the OBD-II device once (~$67) and pay $8/month for the cellular plan and app. The cellular SIM is locked to Bouncie · the device cannot be re-pointed at another platform without firmware modification, which voids warranty.

Does Bouncie work outside the United States?

No. Bouncie's SIM is US-carrier-bonded. The device will not connect on Senegalese, Canadian, or European networks. For a similar plug-and-play OBD-II experience outside the US, Teltonika FMB003 or FMC003 with a local SIM and Traxelio is the closer match.

Can I use Bouncie hardware with Traxelio?
