The SinoTrack ST-906 is a wired 2G GPS tracker with ACC detection, a relay output for engine cut, plus microphone and SOS button inputs the ST-901 does not expose. It reports on the h02 protocol (port 5013). Install it in the cabin — it is not a sealed waterproof puck. Traxelio decodes the same wire format as ST-901 and ST-902, then adds live map, geofences, and confirmed engine-cut workflows.

Tracker never comes online after SMS setup

Most common: wrong protocol row (ST-906 must be h02/5013, not gt06) or APN missing data on Expresso/Orange. Resend APN, then server IP/port, wait 60 seconds, and confirm the device id matches the SMS-reported IMEI.

Buyer expected a waterproof puck like the ST-901

ST-906 is a cabin-wired unit, not a sealed housing. For rain and vibration on a motorcycle, compare ST-901. Keep the ST-906 when you need SOS and microphone inputs.
