Most common: APN or server endpoint not written. Use the Astra configuration tool (USB to the device) and verify APN matches your local carrier (internet.orange.sn etc) and server points to Traxelio.
Verify 1-Wire interface is enabled in Astra config and iButton reader is wired to the correct pins. Some AT110 batches have a jumper that disables 1-Wire by default.
