Common issues

Fuel sensor reads zero or garbage on RS485

Wrong baud or polling interval is the usual cause · Omnicomm defaults 19200, Eurosens 9600. Re-run LLS calibration in Configurator after wiring changes.

Dual SIM not switching on outage

Both slots need active data plans. Default switch threshold is ten minutes without signal · adjustable in Configurator. Update firmware if an early revision ignores slot two.

RFID driver ID not reading

Wire the reader to 1-Wire, not RS232, and select the iButton profile in Configurator. Some harness batches need the 1-Wire jumper enabled before Traxelio sees driver events.
