Configurator is a desktop app (Windows) used to set the server endpoint, accelerometer thresholds, geofence rules, and I/O assignments on FMB/FMC/FMM devices over USB. Codec 8 + GPRS settings are read and written from the same screen. There is no end-user mobile app · Teltonika devices report to a platform, the platform (Traxelio, Wialon, Navixy, etc.) provides the user app.

Most common: APN not set in Configurator. Confirm internet.orange.sn (or your carrier's APN) is written to the device. Second cause: server IP/port wrong. Traxelio's onboarding guide ships the exact strings.
Check digital output wiring · should drive a low-current relay coil, never the fuel pump directly. Traxelio dashboard requires explicit confirmation before sending engine-stop commands, no auto-fire.
GPS jitter at low signal · normal. Configure 'movement source' to ignition + GPS instead of GPS-only in Configurator. Traxelio applies a 10m movement threshold by default.
