Configurator is a desktop app (Windows) used to set the server endpoint, accelerometer thresholds, geofence rules, and I/O assignments on FMB/FMC/FMM devices over USB. Codec 8 + GPRS settings are read and written from the same screen. There is no end-user mobile app · Teltonika devices report to a platform, the platform (Traxelio, Wialon, Navixy, etc.) provides the user app.

Most common: wrong CAN profile selected in Configurator. Teltonika ships ~80 vehicle-specific profiles. Verify the correct make/model/year is selected and that the CAN wiring is on the OBD-II port (most trucks) or the FMS connector.
Driver name comes from the tachograph card · verify the driver card is inserted in the tachograph (slot 1 or 2) and that the K-Line is wired correctly. FMB140 only reads what the tachograph emits.
