Set the server address to gps.traxelio.com and the port to 5113 in the tracker's settings, following the seller's setup sheet, then add the IMEI in Traxelio and confirm the first position.
A public device list shows the Santel Granit-Navigator family on a different protocol, NDTP V6 (port 5243), not the Granit port 5113. Its setup is checked model by model, so contact Traxelio support with your model label and IMEI before you buy a SIM or change settings.
