Look for your exact model on this hub. A public device list includes AX, AL, AK, AS, AT, AU, AP and AY models on the ATrack protocol, and each model has its own page here. If yours is missing, ask Traxelio support before you change any settings.
In order: the SIM has data and credit, the APN matches the carrier, the server is gps.traxelio.com with port 5044, the unit has a GPS fix outdoors, and the IMEI added in Traxelio matches the label. Also confirm with your carrier that it still supports the network band your model uses.
