Confirm SIM supports LTE Cat 1 (not all consumer SIMs do) and APN is set. CRX3 needs explicit APN,internet.orange.sn# SMS in Senegal. Without APN, device defaults to 2G even if 4G is available.
Output is ~150mA · drives a 12V/30A automotive relay coil, not a fuel pump directly. Standard practice: wire to Bosch 5-pin relay, switch the pump or starter through that. Add a 1N4007 diode across the coil.
