Yes. A public device list shows the Teltonika FM3622 on the Teltonika protocol, port 5027, and Traxelio serves that protocol. Set the unit to send to port 5027 over TCP, using gps.traxelio.com or the server IP from Traxelio support if the Configurator rejects a hostname, add its IMEI in Traxelio, and check that the first position arrives.
Connect the unit to a PC with a Micro-USB cable and open the FM Configurator. In the GPRS settings, enter the carrier's APN, the server address and port 5027, and choose TCP. Teltonika's page describes the server field as an IP address, so if a hostname is rejected, ask Traxelio support for the server IP. Save to the device with the Save button, because edits do not apply until saved.
Teltonika stopped production. Its product page tags the FM3622 as end of life, with end of production on 2017-11-27 and end of support on 2020-11-27. An FM3622 you already own can keep sending positions to Traxelio as long as its SIM and carrier network remain active. For a new vehicle, choose a current Teltonika model or ask Traxelio support which tracker fits.
Teltonika's wiki describes the FM3622 as a 3G tracker, and its GPRS settings let you either prefer 3G with a switch to GSM when 3G is missing, or use GSM only. Before reusing a unit, confirm that your carrier still runs 3G or GSM where the vehicle drives, because that decides whether it can connect.
Follow Teltonika's first-start guide. Connect the wires with the unit unplugged, fit a 3 A, 125 V external fuse, and tap power at the battery terminals or the main power cable in the fuse box. Use a true ignition wire, one that keeps power after the engine starts, and join the ground wire to the vehicle frame or a metal part fixed to it.
Overview
The Teltonika FM3622 is a 3G vehicle tracker that Teltonika's wiki describes as a small professional unit with external high gain GNSS and 3G antennas and an internal backup battery. It runs on a 10 to 30 V supply and has a 2x6 socket with digital inputs, two analog inputs, two digital outputs, a 1-Wire connection and RX and TX pins for Teltonika's LVCAN input. Teltonika's product page tags the model as end of life, with production ended on 2017-11-27 and support ended on 2020-11-27, so this page is written for owners who already run an FM3622 and for buyers weighing a replacement. A public device list shows the FM3622 on the Teltonika protocol, which Traxelio serves, so a unit you already own can report to Traxelio without a hardware swap. Enter your carrier's APN, the Traxelio server address and port, and TCP as the protocol in the FM Configurator over Micro-USB, save the settings to the device, then add the IMEI in Traxelio and wait for the first position.

Configurator is a desktop app (Windows) used to set the server endpoint, accelerometer thresholds, geofence rules, and I/O assignments on FMB/FMC/FMM devices over USB. Codec 8 + GPRS settings are read and written from the same screen. There is no end-user mobile app · Teltonika devices report to a platform, the platform (Traxelio, Wialon, Navixy, etc.) provides the user app.
The FM3622 is a 3G unit, so first check that the SIM has data, credit and a carrier that still serves 3G or GSM in your area. Then check the APN with your carrier. If the carrier needs CHAP or PAP login, Teltonika's wiki says to enter the APN as chap:
Check, in this order: the destination port is 5027, the protocol is TCP, the server address is the Traxelio one, and the IMEI added in Traxelio matches the unit's label. Also make sure the unit sees the sky for a GNSS fix. If the Configurator rejected the hostname, use the server IP from Traxelio support.
The FM3622 keeps one user profile that must be written to the device. After changing anything in the FM Configurator, press Save, and use Load Defaults before entering new parameters, as Teltonika's guide describes.
Teltonika's guide warns that a poor ground can make the FM3622 unstable or even fail. Connect power and ground at the battery terminals or the fuse box main cable, scrape paint from the ground contact point, and keep the 3 A fuse in the power line.
