Yes. A public device list shows the Teltonika FM6320 on the Teltonika protocol, port 5027, and Traxelio serves that protocol. Point the tracker at gps.traxelio.com on port 5027 over TCP, add its IMEI in Traxelio, and check that the first position arrives.
Connect the unit by USB and open the FM6320 Configurator. In the GPRS section of the GSM settings, enter the carrier's APN, the server domain gps.traxelio.com, port 5027 and TCP, then press Save, since changes only apply once saved to the device. Teltonika says the Configurator is released through its sales contacts, so ask Teltonika or your reseller for the current version.
Teltonika's wiki describes SMS control: every SMS starts with the SMS login, a space and the SMS password, then the command. With no login set, start with two spaces. Teltonika's FM6320 pages list their own parameter numbers, which may differ from FMB models, so make server settings in the Configurator, or check Teltonika's FM6320 manual before sending any command.
Teltonika's wiki lists the FM6320 under end-of-life products, and the model has no current page on Teltonika's trackers listing. A unit you already own can keep reporting to Traxelio while its SIM and 3G network stay active. For a new vehicle, pick a current Teltonika tracker or ask Traxelio support which one fits.
The FM6320 has two SAE J1939 CAN channels and a K-Line input for tachograph vehicle data, and its Configurator has AutoCAN, manual CAN, LVCAN and K-Line sections. Which values arrive depends on the truck and the setup. Positions are the baseline on Traxelio, so test the CAN or tachograph values you rely on with one vehicle first.
Overview
The Teltonika FM6320 is a 3G tracker that Teltonika's wiki calls a heavy transport tracking device, a GNSS and GSM terminal with a Ni-MH backup battery. Its 20-pin socket takes a 10 to 30 V supply and carries four digital inputs, three analog inputs, four digital outputs, a 1-Wire connection, two SAE J1939 CAN channels and a K-Line input for tachograph data. It holds two SIM slots and a microSD slot, and when the GSM network is unavailable it stores records on the card, up to 192,000 with a 128 MB card when 100 MB are used for records. Teltonika's wiki files the FM6320 under end-of-life products, so this page is for owners who already run the unit. A public device list shows it on the Teltonika protocol, which Traxelio serves, so an existing FM6320 can report to Traxelio without new hardware. In the FM6320 Configurator over USB, set the APN, then the Traxelio server address and port with TCP, save to the device, add the IMEI in Traxelio and confirm the first position.

Configurator is a desktop app (Windows) used to set the server endpoint, accelerometer thresholds, geofence rules, and I/O assignments on FMB/FMC/FMM devices over USB. Codec 8 + GPRS settings are read and written from the same screen. There is no end-user mobile app · Teltonika devices report to a platform, the platform (Traxelio, Wialon, Navixy, etc.) provides the user app.
The FM6320 is a 3G device with two SIM slots, slot 1 nearer the board and slot 2 the upper one. Check that the SIM sits in the slot you configured, has data and credit, and that your carrier still serves 3G or GSM where the truck drives. If the carrier needs CHAP or PAP login, enter the APN as chap:
Check, in this order: the domain is gps.traxelio.com, the port is 5027, the protocol is TCP, and the IMEI added in Traxelio matches the unit's label. Then confirm the unit has a GNSS fix outdoors. Teltonika's second server entry duplicates data to another server, so keep it empty unless you want that.
After every change in the FM6320 Configurator, press Save to write the profile to the device. The unit holds four editable profiles, so use Get Actual Profile to see which one is active before you edit.
Teltonika's guide reserves digital input 1 for the ignition line and asks for a true ignition wire, one that keeps power after the engine starts. Check that wire and a firm ground to the vehicle frame.
