Yes. A public device list shows the Teltonika FMB010 on the Teltonika protocol, port 5027, and Traxelio serves that protocol. Point the tracker at gps.traxelio.com on port 5027 over TCP, add its IMEI in Traxelio, and confirm the first position arrives.
These IDs come from the Teltonika SMS command family, so check them against the FMB010 manual's SMS command list before you send. The message is your SMS login, your SMS password, then setparam 2001:your-apn;2004:gps.traxelio.com;2005:5027;2006:0. Parameter 2001 is the APN, 2004 the server domain, 2005 the port and 2006 the protocol, where 0 means TCP. On a unit with no SMS login or password set, the message starts with two spaces, and some gateways remove them. A getinfo reply returns the IMEI and firmware.
Teltonika's FMB010 page carries an End of life tag and shows the unit as out of stock, with a link to Teltonika's end-of-life product list. A unit that is already installed can keep reporting to Traxelio as long as its SIM and 2G network stay active. For a new vehicle, check Teltonika's end-of-life list for current models or ask Traxelio support which model fits.
Teltonika describes the FMB010 as a 2G tracker, so it needs 2G service from your carrier. Before relying on it, ask the carrier whether 2G stays active across the routes your vehicles drive. If it does not, choose a newer model that supports a network your carrier keeps active.
Overview
The Teltonika FMB010 is a 2G Plug & Play GPS tracker with a backup battery. Teltonika's product page now tags it as end of life and out of stock, so this page serves two readers: owners who already run the unit, and buyers comparing it with a newer model. A public device list shows the FMB010 on the Teltonika protocol, and Traxelio serves that protocol, so a unit you own can report to Traxelio with no hardware swap. Set the APN and server address, add the IMEI in Traxelio, then wait outdoors for the first position. Because the FMB010 is a 2G device, confirm that your carrier still runs 2G where your vehicles drive. If the unit stays silent, check the SIM, the APN and the server address first.

Configurator is a desktop app (Windows) used to set the server endpoint, accelerometer thresholds, geofence rules, and I/O assignments on FMB/FMC/FMM devices over USB. Codec 8 + GPRS settings are read and written from the same screen. There is no end-user mobile app · Teltonika devices report to a platform, the platform (Traxelio, Wialon, Navixy, etc.) provides the user app.

Check that the SIM has data and credit, that its carrier supports 2G where the vehicle sits, and that the APN matches the carrier. A unit parked indoors or underground may simply have no signal.
Compare the unit's settings with this list: server domain gps.traxelio.com, port 5027, TCP protocol. Then confirm the IMEI added in Traxelio matches the one on the label, and move the vehicle outdoors for a GNSS fix.
The message has to begin with the unit's SMS login and password. If both are blank, the message starts with two spaces, and some phones and gateways delete them. Try again with a known login and password, then send getinfo to read back the IMEI and firmware.
