Yes. A public device list shows the Teltonika FMB020 on the Teltonika protocol, port 5027, and Traxelio serves that protocol. Set the tracker to report to gps.traxelio.com on port 5027 over TCP, add its IMEI in Traxelio, and wait for the first position.
These IDs belong to the Teltonika SMS command family, so verify them in the FMB020 manual first. The text opens with the unit's SMS login and password, then setparam 2001:your-apn;2004:gps.traxelio.com;2005:5027;2006:0. In that string 2001 holds the APN, 2004 the server domain, 2005 the port and 2006 the protocol, with 0 meaning TCP. If login and password are blank, the text begins with two spaces, and some gateways remove them. Send getinfo afterwards to read the IMEI and firmware.
Teltonika's FMB020 product page shows an End of life tag and an out-of-stock status, with a link to Teltonika's end-of-life product list. An installed unit can keep reporting to Traxelio while its SIM and 2G network stay active. For new installs, check that list for current models or ask Traxelio support which model fits.
Teltonika's title for it is '2G Ultra-small OBD Tracker For Eco Driving', and its tagline calls it an ultra-small Plug & Play tracker for a wide range of use cases. If you depend on eco-driving values, test them on one vehicle before rolling the tracker out across a fleet.
Overview
The Teltonika FMB020 is an ultra-small 2G OBD tracker that Teltonika titles "For Eco Driving" and describes as a Plug & Play tracker for a wide range of use cases. Teltonika's product page now carries an End of life tag and shows the FMB020 out of stock, which makes this page most useful to owners keeping FMB020s running and to buyers deciding whether to switch to a current model. A public device list includes the FMB020 on the Teltonika protocol, which Traxelio serves, so an existing unit can send positions to Traxelio after a server change instead of a replacement. Enter your carrier's APN and the Traxelio server address, add the unit's IMEI, and check for a first fix outdoors. As a 2G device, it also needs a carrier that keeps 2G service on your routes.

Configurator is a desktop app (Windows) used to set the server endpoint, accelerometer thresholds, geofence rules, and I/O assignments on FMB/FMC/FMM devices over USB. Codec 8 + GPRS settings are read and written from the same screen. There is no end-user mobile app · Teltonika devices report to a platform, the platform (Traxelio, Wialon, Navixy, etc.) provides the user app.

Confirm the SIM has active data, that the APN is the one your carrier publishes, and that the carrier offers 2G where the vehicle drives. The FMB020 is a 2G unit, so choose a plan that includes 2G service.
Verify the server domain gps.traxelio.com, port 5027 and TCP on the unit, then check the IMEI in Traxelio against the label. A first position needs a clear view of the sky, so test outside.
The text must open with the SMS login and password stored on the unit. A blank pair is written as two leading spaces, which some gateways trim. Use known credentials and send getinfo to see whether the unit replies with its IMEI and firmware.
