Configurator is a desktop app (Windows) used to set the server endpoint, accelerometer thresholds, geofence rules, and I/O assignments on FMB/FMC/FMM devices over USB. Codec 8 + GPRS settings are read and written from the same screen. There is no end-user mobile app · Teltonika devices report to a platform, the platform (Traxelio, Wialon, Navixy, etc.) provides the user app.

GNSS internal antenna needs better sky view than external. If the device is buried under thick metal (engine bay, full-metal trunk panel), first fix can take 5+ minutes. Mount in a position where the GNSS face has at least partial sky view.
Internal GSM antenna is 2-4 dB weaker than external. If reporting becomes spotty, swap to FMB920 with an external GSM antenna mounted higher on the vehicle.
