Configurator is a desktop app (Windows) used to set the server endpoint, accelerometer thresholds, geofence rules, and I/O assignments on FMB/FMC/FMM devices over USB. Codec 8 + GPRS settings are read and written from the same screen. There is no end-user mobile app · Teltonika devices report to a platform, the platform (Traxelio, Wialon, Navixy, etc.) provides the user app.

Cold start with no GNSS data takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes in open sky. If the device is buried in a warehouse on first power-on, no fix. Mount the device with sky view for the initial fix, then re-locate to its operational position.
