Common issues

The tracker does not attach to the network

The FMM150 is an LTE Cat M1 device, so the SIM plan must include LTE-M data. Check that the SIM has data and credit and that the APN matches the carrier. The Configurator's GSM Info status section shows what the unit sees on the network.

The tracker is online but nothing shows in Traxelio

Check, in this order: the server domain is gps.traxelio.com, the port is 5027, the protocol is TCP, and the IMEI added in Traxelio matches the label on the unit. Then check the unit has a GNSS fix outdoors.

SMS commands get no reply

The SMS must start with the unit's SMS login and password. A blank pair means two leading spaces, and some phones and gateways remove them, so test with a known login and password. A getinfo command should return the IMEI and firmware.

CAN data is missing or wrong

Confirm your vehicle is on Teltonika's supported-vehicle list for the FMM150 and that the unit is wired to the CAN lines that vehicle needs. The Configurator's FMS I/O info section shows whether CAN values are arriving at the unit.
